Saying words can be extremely offensive to people who cannot say words or who have speech impediments.

Walking is offensive to those who don't have the ability to do so. Solution: everyone uses a wheelchair.

The mere fact that you are reading this Top 10 list which is a microaggression against microaggressions is a microaggression.
5. Using the word "trigger."
Using the word "trigger" can lead people to think of the things that trigger them thus leading to emotional distress.
4. Not using the word "trigger."
By purposely trying to avoid using the word trigger in order to prevent emotional distress one can inadvertently create emotional distress when people realize that you're trying not to use the word trigger. They then realize that the word you are trying to avoid is the word trigger which leads them to think of the things that trigger them thus leading to emotional distress.

Having feelings can remind others that they also have feelings which can trigger them into feeling feelings.
